HVAC Sales Representative

Job Description

Air Distribution Corporation (www.air-distribution.com) is a premier manufacturer's representative serving the HVAC & Mechanical markets in the New England area.  We represent a complete line of Air-Side HVAC products. Our growing company is searching for an HVAC Sales Representative to call on contractors in Eastern Massachusetts.  Our Sales Representatives are assigned a diverse group of contractors and will have complete account responsibility for each.


  Responsibilities of this position include:


         Assist contractors with equipment selection.


         Build and manage long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts.


         Create equipment takeoffs for project bids.


         Prepare bid proposals for projects based on construction


         Provide detailed construction submittals of our products for specific construction projects.


         Handle customer issues and develop technical solutions


 


 Requirements


The successful candidate shall possess:


         3-5 years of HVAC experience.  Sales Experience preferred.


         Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related disciplines is preferred.


         Local knowledge of the mechanical contracting community is a plus.


         Familiarity with the application of air-side HVAC products.


         Familiar with HVAC systems.


         Excellent analytical and organizational skills


         Detail Oriented


         Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills


         PC literacy including all Microsoft products.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
