Payments may come in the form of Check, EFT, ACH or credit card.
Attention to detail is a must.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities The AR Payment Application Representative will perform activities related to customers, customer invoices and credit memos, customer payments, including administration of multiple payment types and payment terms.
This role will communicate with the office manager and credit manager.
The AR Payment Application Representative is confident to perform AR-related work accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization.
Data Entry experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent organization and time management skills Self-motivated with a natural desire to achieve goals.
Flexibility to manage multiple unrelated tasks simultaneously and respond to requests quickly and professionally.
