You will be accountable for checking orders, creating invoices and issuing them to customer accounts.
We have part and Full time positions available.
Responsibilities:
Enter variety of data using current technology (internal billing software - PDI) Sorting and distribution of driver's daily paperwork Create and maintain logs for accurate tracking of products Review and enter data in the system Provide customer service for any billing inquires Weekly and monthly customer's reports Administration duties such as answering phones, scanning, printing, filing and mailing Advice supervisor of any issues related to data
Qualifications:
Strong computer experience Ability to multitask Prior data entry or other related fields Microsoft Excel is helpful Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented Able to meeting deadlines Job Types:
